The Publishing Show

With face to face events finally back, we had the pleasure of working with The Publishing Show 2021, part of International Confex at Excel London.

The Publishing Show took place over two consecutive days, where we were on-site capturing and creating a variety of content. The content ranged from a daily highlights video posted to social channels after each day, and the recording of on demand content for the online audience.

During the event all the panel sessions, speaker presentations, and networking sessions were captured in full, to be individually uploaded as video on demand content after the event. One of the important lessons from the pandemic is it’s so important to expand your event reach, and by producing this hybrid element it allows so many more people to be able engage and make it a truly global event. 

Alongside this, our friendly team approached attendees and speakers throughout the event, to capture video testimonials. Video testimonials are a great resource, as they are the truest form of review – actual attendees and guests giving their experiences on site, what they enjoyed about the event, and why they would recommend the experience to others. These video testimonials make for great promotional resources in the lead up to the following year’s event too.

Finally, we worked hard each day to create polished, creative and fresh highlight videos. We made sure these videos highlighted each element of the event, such as the panel sessions, guest speakers, stalls, and of course the joy and excitement of people finally being together again. All these elements were captured and edited together in a dynamic and innovative way to produce two engaging, high energy highlight videos. 

The client was very impressed with the results and said the quality of the work delivered by the team was excellent. The content produced is now an integral part of their events future marketing and subsequent growth of next year.
